Scientific Content Lead, Solid Tumors Kelsey Buczkowski came to DAVA Oncology in July 2018 following completion of her Master of Science degree in biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
For her undergraduate education, Kelsey attended Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas and competed on the women’s tennis team.

Oindrilla Das joined Dava Oncology in 2016 with the objective of facilitating cancer drug development through innovative solutions, medical writing, knowledge-based strategic consulting and research.He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio in 1987. Jain then completed a Fellowship in Medical Oncology in 1989 at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. Director of Business Development Viktoriya Rybalko joined DAVA Oncology, Inc. In this role, she establishes, develops and maintains relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders in the USA and Europe. Rybalko assisted the medical affairs team with physician recruitment for AROG investigator meetings and workshops in order to promote active AROG-initiated Phase III trials.He was the founder of Physician’s Education Resource (PER), the country’s leading Oncology Continuing Medical Education Company, which he successfully grew and sold in 2005. Jain is also the President of the Jiv Daya Foundation and Shraman Foundation , two Dallas-based 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organizations, which he founded in 20 respectively. Eckardt trained in medical oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
